The UDP web site has a RSS feed that you can use to notify you of updates to UDP. If you don't know what RSS is and why it might be useful, you can find out at What is RSS?
In order to use RSS you will need a RSS Aggregator (also called a RSS Reader) which will download and display RSS feeds for you. You can read about RSS Aggregators here.
The RSS feed for this website can be found here  - Right Click here and Copy the link location (Shortcut) to the clipboard. Then Paste the Link/Shortcut into your RSS reader/aggregator.
If you are using FireFox as your browser and its Live Bookmarks as your Aggregator, you can simply click the  button above in the URL Location bar to set up your feed.
If you have a My Yahoo! page, you can add the feed manually by clicking Add Content, then clicking Add RSS by URL and Pasting the Link/Shortcut (from above) into the URL: field.
