The phone has some exceptional multimedia features for a basic phone but a micro sd card is required to use most of the multimedia features. Volume seems OK. Battery life is better than average. The challenge with this phone is the lack of instructions on setting up and using it. There was an interactive guide on at least one of the amazon pages for a similar model but the guide has had technical issues and at the time of this review has vanished. Hopefully someone may find the following user guide helpful.
